The Problem
Standups needed a tool that worked with the team, not against it
The team needed a fast daily standup workflow without jumping between apps, sitting through video calls, or managing email threads. For a distributed team working across time zones and sometimes on poor internet connections, this was a real daily friction point.
Existing tools were either too heavy (Jira/Notion) or too disconnected from where the team already communicated: Telegram.
